Michael has 20+ years’ experience in the technology, marketing, advertising, privacy, corporate, SaaS and international fields. Michael served as the General Counsel for PrizeLogic, the largest, independent incentivized engagement company. In that role, Michael ensured that promotions and loyalty programs run on behalf of Fortune 500 companies were legally compliant and successful. He was instrumental in building a CCPA and GDPR compliant consumer data platform.

Prior to joining PrizeLogic, Michael was in house counsel at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles overseeing national and international advertising, marketing, promotions and privacy. While there Michael was responsible for drafting and negotiating master service agreements with advertising agencies, sponsorship agreements, music licensing agreements, influencer agreements, talent agreements and product placement agreements. In addition, Michael provided legal guidance and review of advertising, social media posts, events and press releases. In addition, Michael served as in house counsel at McCann-Erickson, one of the world’s largest and most respected advertising agencies.
Michael is a graduate of the University of California Los Angeles and Vanderbilt School of Law.
